In order to assure timely and effective communications between our manufacturers and our sales force, Repforce designates one of our Principals or key personnel as product manager for each product line we represent. That person is the primary contact within our organization for the manufacturer.

Marketing and promotional programs, as well as requests for reports, forecasts, etc are directed to the product manager who in turn distributes the information to sales personnel and returns the completed information to the manufacturer. This does not preclude individual dialog between our manufacturers and sales personnel relative to individual account activity.

With multiple principals in our organization, we find that this structure best assures that every manufacturer knows who his primary contact is and how to get important information to our sales force.
